- At graduate level, department runs Materials Science and Laser as optional subjects for T.Y.B.Sc.
- As per new revised Choice Based Credit System (CBCS) syllabus department runs Energy Studies, Physics Workshop skill, Solar P V System and Instrumentation for Agriculture are optional subject for T.Y.B.Sc.
